US Holocaust Memorial Museum: is open from 10:00am – 5:30pm daily including weekends. It is closed only on Yom Kippur and Christmas. Timed passes are required for viewing the Permanent Exhibition — The Holocaust — and can be obtained at the Museum on the day of your visit or in advance by calling tickets.com at (800) 400–9373. Every day the Museum distributes, on a first–come first–served basis, a large but limited number of timed entry passes for use on the same day. Pentagon Tour Update: Due to heightened security, the Pentagon no longer offers public or walking tours. Currently, only groups associated with churches, schools, military, and government institutions are allowed to schedule tours. In addition, friends and family of Pentagon employees are allowed to tour the facilities, but the tour must be sponsored by military personnel.
